Steve Bryant joins Southern Loan Committee of Indiana Statewide CDC small business lender

The director of the South Central Indiana Small Business Development Center in Bloomington, Steve Bryant, has been named to the Indiana Statewide Certified Development Corporation Southern Loan Committee. Indiana Statewide CDC (ISCDC) works with local Indiana lenders to issue loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 loan program to help owners of expanding or startup small businesses buy real estate, buildings and equipment. SBA 504 loans help small companies gain favorable financing terms similar to those available to large companies in conventional loans. ISCDC’s three loan committees cover southern, central and northern Indiana. Jean Wojtowicz, executive director of Indiana Statewide CDC, says, “Our three loan committees extend our reach into large and small communities across the state, helping local companies modernize, expand and create jobs.” The six other members of the ISCDC Southern Loan Committee include: Charles Fleck, German American Bank, Jasper; Steve Hunt, Community First Bank, Salem; Mary Ellen Jaynes, Jackson County Bank, Seymour; Tom Krudel, Old National Bank, Jasper; Richard Robinson, Rodefer Moss & Co., PLLC, New Albany; and Darren Spainhoward, First Financial Bank, Evansville.
