Charles Kennedy
Charles joined Cambridge in 1996 after a successful career in banking. Charles is the portfolio manager for Indiana Community Business Credit Corporation and LYNX. He also works with the Section 108 Fund. Charles can answer any question you may have about these loan programs and find the product that best fits the needs of the lender and/or the borrower.
Danielle King
Danielle is the Controller at Cambridge and has been with the company since 1996. Danielle is responsible for all of the accounting, auditing, and billing for Cambridge and all of its related entities.
Sandy McCleese
Sandy has been with Cambridge since 1989 and has worked with every facet of the SBA 504 Loan Program. She is the senior loan officer for ISCDC. Sandy spends much of her time talking with lenders and borrowers about their projects and on the road personally meeting with those lenders and borrowers, touring their sites, and completing application packages. Sandy handles the loan through loan committee approval and prepares the package to be sent to the SBA.
Silas Smith
Silas joined Cambridge as Corporate Counsel and has a hand in all of the programs offered by the company. However, a majority of his time is spent working with the SBA 504 program and closing 504 loans. He is also the primary contact for 504 loan servicing actions, including, but not limited to, subordinations, assumptions, releases, etc.
Jean Wojtowicz
Jean is the President of Cambridge Capital Management Corporation, having founded the company in 1983. Jean is always available to answer any question you may have regarding any of the funds administered by Cambridge if the loan officers or other personnel are not available. When not in the office, Jean spends time in the community serving on various boards and committees. Jean's vast experience in the lending industry coupled with the relationships she has cultivated with lending institutions, businesses, and community leaders provides a depth and strength to Cambridge Capital Management Corp. that is unmatched in the industry.
Jenny Yuenger
Jenny brings her prior project management experience to the loan processor role. She is an integral part of the application process, obtaining information for use in the underwriting and submission of loans to the SBA. She can also assist with appraisal and environmental questions as well as general 504 requests.
