Carrie Kosac joins Northern Loan Committee of small business lender Indiana Statewide CDC

1st Source Bank’s Carrie Kosac is joining the Indiana Statewide Certified Development Corporation’s Northern Loan Committee. Kosac is a vice president and is 1st Source Small Business Market Manager. Indiana Statewide CDC (ISCDC) works with local Indiana lenders to issue SBA 504 loans to help owners of expanding or startup small businesses buy real estate, buildings and equipment. SBA 504 loans help small companies gain favorable financing terms similar to those available to large companies in conventional loans. ISCDC’s three loan committees cover southern, central and northern Indiana. Jean Wojtowicz, executive director of Indiana Statewide CDC, says, “Our three loan committees extend our reach into large and small communities across the state, helping local companies modernize, expand and create jobs.” The five other members of the ISCDC Northern Loan Committee include: Joe Cavacini, First Federal Savings Bank, Fort Wayne; Jeff Dysert, STAR Financial Bank, Fort Wayne; John Lowenstine, John Lowenstine CPA, Merrillville; Daryl Pomranke, First Merchants Bank, Munster; and Alan Steele, North Central Indiana Small Business Development Corporation, South Bend.
