Jean Wojtowicz, President of Cambridge Capital Management Corp., selected as one of the state’s most influential and impactful leaders by the IBJ's Indiana 250

She credits the lessons she learned growing up amid her family‘s businesses in Wisconsin for giving her the insight to spot and solve gaps in capital for small businesses. She has served as chair of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Goodwill Industries and National Association of Development Cos. and on the boards of the IndyChamber, United Way of Central Indiana, Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee, Sagamore Institute and the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions. Advice for young people: “Your reputation is yours to build or to ruin every day. Make sure that all of your actions will pass the 'front-page' test. Be kind to everyone you interact with. There is no right way to do the wrong thing. Smile, it can make the difference in someone else‘s day and will make you feel better, too!” Indiana love: “You don‘t have to be from here to make a difference.
