Section 108 Loans

Cambridge Capital Management Corp. administers the Section 108 loan program for the City of Indianapolis Department of Metropolitan Development. The objective of the program is to fund public and private projects that will benefit low and moderate income individuals and aid in preventing slums.

How Does It Work

Projects must fit the requirements of the Federal Section 108 loan program.

Projects may include economic development; housing rehabilitation; public facilities rehab; construction and installation of building improvements.
